Almost all the ayurvedic texts have stated sesame to be capable of curing the tridoshas. Sesame is sweet, bitter, hot and oily. Black, white and red sesame are the three types of sesame found. Scientists say that the white sesame has medium medicinal value. Red sesame is ordinary and black sesame is best.

All of you are well aware of honey. It has been considered very beneficial and auspicious in mythology, ayurveda and botanical science. Honey is used as medicine as well as for worship of God. One of the five elements used for preparing 'Panchamrita' (a sacred drink prepared with milk, curd, ghee, sugar and honey) is honey. Honey is included in all auspicious ceremonies and has the power of curing all diseases. It makes us sweet both internally and externally.

In the case of normal mouth ulcers the internal membrane gets swollen and wounded and causes severe pain. If this problem aggravates further then boils and wounds spread through the entire mouth, saliva is secreted continuously, and a lot of sputum is produced. At times the patient also has a mild fever. Normally a mouth ulcer's symptoms resemble the symptoms of bleeding ulcers or the ones caused due to bile.

Ayurveda has the cure for all disease. It is a complete and approved system of medication. The medicines made out of rasa (essence), bark, fruit, and leaves of different plants may appear to be useless, but they have the capacity to cure many incurable diseases. Today's modern life style has influenced the human brain to a great extent. Busy schedules and hectic work has resulted in our memory power becoming weakened.

Sprouts are full of nutrition and the best source of a balanced food. Sprouts are alkaline in nature and hence improve the health in many respects. They are helpful in complete purification of the body and also improves the disease fighting capacity of the body. Sprouts also increase the nutritiounal value of food.

There are different types of stomach ache - problems of gas, burning sensation, shooting pain, stomach ache lasting for long intervals, etc. Most of the stomach problems are caused due to the food we eat and contaminated water. Apart from this, stomach ache can also be caused by tuberculosis, stones, blockage in the intestine, infection, cancer and other diseases.

Proximity to the nature on one hand helps a person maintain physical health and remain disease-free. On the other hand, practice of Yog gives several health related benefits. Both healthy and unhealthy people can follow these simple tips and lead happy life.

According to nature therapy, diabetes is the result of a problem in the digestive system. This can be overcome easily, and within a short duration of time, with regular practice of yoga, change in life style, daily routine and diet control. Generally, people engaged in sedentary work suffer from this disease. The insulin produced from the pancreas reduces both in quality and quantity, resulting in a high sugar level, and the excess glucose flows out through the urine.

Obesity is one of the biggest health problems of the modern age. It is the main cause for many serious, incurable and fatal diseases. Blood pressure, heart problem, diabetes and other dangerous diseases are caused due to obesity. Our body weight gradually increases when focus is not given during childhood. Over time, this leads to obesity. It can be cured permanently with the intake of balanced food, proper life style and regular practice of yoga asanas. This will also cure the above-mentioned diseases, as well as many others.

When you fail to remember something, which you have read, heard or seen, and cannot remember despite several efforts then it is called loss of memory power or forgetfulness. People of all age groups are suffering due to this problem. There are a number of reasons for this problem. For example, mental tension, excessive mental work, busy schedule throughout the day, physical and mental weakness or serious head injury. Yogic exercises are helpful in improving memory power and reducing this forgetfulness.

The majority of learned people in the world and India believe that Freud was the one who had analyzed and divided the mind into four types - consciousness, unconsciousness, subconsciousness and inner consciousness. Indians also studied and taught Freud's basic discovery. But before five thousand ago, Lord Krishna had narrated Bhagavad Gita to Arjuna, which is present in its basic form even today. Proper ways of breathing can cure serious disease like asthma. One should pay attention to breathing along with practicing yoga asana. Some important exercises are being mentioned below, which are helpful in controlling this disease.
Majority of the women in our country breast-feed their children but delay in breastfeeding, wasting the first milk (rich in cholostrum) and giving water to the infants in between the food is also a popular trend. Drinking sufficient amount of water is good for health but giving water to a child who is six months old or less can cause serious threat to his life. The experts believe that the infants six months old or less should be given breast milk instead of water in case of excessive thirst.

Pranayam arouses the internal energy of a person and makes him healthy, balanced and active. The seven-step pranayam package is sufficient along with daily routine. The whole process takes around 45 minutes and the duration can be increased up to two hours also. Morning time is ideal for its practice. Take bath and wear loose clothes. Sit straight; keep the neck and head absolutely straight. If a person cannot sit on floor due to some reasons then you can sit on chair. The body should be stable and spine should be straight. This seven-step pranayam package can be followed daily to maintain good health.
Cervical spondalitis is the disease of neck bones and it is very common these days. Main symptoms: The patient complaints of pain in the neck, head, shoulders and upper stomach, along with heaviness, giddiness and on bending.Reasons: Our neck has sevenbones. The vertebrae are placed one above the other and there is a specific gap between these. This gap reduces due to ageing, some injury, bone related diseases, enlargement of bones or other reasons. This lays extra pressure on the tissues lying in that area and gives birth to thisdisease.

Sage Chakrayan began his discourse with the following verse-Which means, do not criticize the seasons, this is a religious vow. The sage explained the meaning of this religious yow mentioned in Upanishad and said- we have four seasons in our country. The year begins with Vaishakh and the four seasons namely summer, rainy, autumn and spring follow in order.
Our body requires fat, however excess consumption of fat can be harmful for the body and cause several diseases. Excess fat in the body is the main cause obesity and diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes and heart problems are also caused.
I am an employee of29 central jail. Around 200 prisoners have benefited from your yog and pranayam. Today, several prisoners are gaining from yog, devotion and pranayam. I need your blessings for their bright future and progress. Many prisoners have developed good thoughts and feelings within themselves. They have also understood that yog and pranayam can make their lives successful and fruitful. I pay regards to you on behalf of all the prisoners.
Baba Ramdev addressed the audience in the Bareily yog camp and said that Pyorrhoea is a serious disease, which completely destroys the teeth. In other words, the patient loses almost all his teeth. The patient of this disease suffers a lot, his gums become very weak, the roots of the teeth get fully infected and the teeth become weak. The teeth begin to fall and the infection in the gums persists. The pus accumulated in the gums enter the stomach through food and affects the stomach.
Meaning: (Rath nabhi ara iva) means similar to the spokes of a wheel, (yasmin rucha) which has Rigveda, knowledge, (Sam) means Samveda, worship (Yasmin Prajanam) which is for the public, for the humans, (Sarva chittam) all the souls (Otam) is felt, (tat se manah) that is my mind (shiv sankalpamastu) should be having auspicious resolutions.
