    Pranayam arouses the internal energy of a person and makes him healthy, balanced and active. The seven-step pranayam package is sufficient along with daily routine. The whole process takes around 45 minutes and the duration can be increased up to two hours also. Morning time is ideal for its practice. Take bath and wear loose clothes. Sit straight; keep the neck and head absolutely straight. If a person cannot sit on floor due to some reasons then you can sit on chair. The body should be stable and spine should be straight. This seven-step pranayam package can be followed daily to maintain good health.

    Cervical spondalitis is the disease of neck bones and it is very common these days. Main symptoms: The patient complaints of pain in the neck, head,   shoulders and upper stomach, along with heaviness, giddiness and on bending.Reasons: Our neck has sevenbones.     Practicing yog asana for physical fitness and good health is welcome. However, it cannot be done at any time according to one's convenience. Majority of the people start practicing the asana whenever they have time either in the morning or evening. This is not the correct method of practicing asana.

    How do we control our thoughts? Controlling thoughts does not mean not to have any thoughts in our mind at all. Thoughtless situation is dangerous. In the initial stage controlling thought means, practicing to let noble thoughts arise and stopping evil and false thoughts from creeping in. Always remember one thing, if you want to win over the evil thoughts, then the only way is to check them from different angles, think about them and drive off the evil thoughts and inculcate positive and noble thoughts.

    Throat diseases are common during winters. Sore throat is a common disease, in which the voice disrupts. The throat becomes dry and the patient coughs after a few intervals and sometimes complains of breathing trouble as well. It is generally caused when hot and cold things are combined. For example, drinking cold water and going out in the sun. soreness can also occur due to excessive speaking, singing, or presence of some foreign particles in the throat.
